Information we collect

When you request a website, we collect the contact and business information you submit, project details, uploaded assets, payment-status identifiers, and basic source information used to understand how you found us. If you subscribe to the Field Guide, we retain your email address, confirmation and consent timestamps, subscription status, and the page where you subscribed. Google Analytics and Google Ads may also receive device, browser, page, campaign, and interaction information used for measurement.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, provide a private production workspace, process and verify payment through Square, create and review your website, deliver publications you explicitly requested, prevent abuse, measure advertising results, and improve our marketing.

Contact, publications, and follow-up

Website-project consent and Field Guide subscription are separate choices. The Field Guide uses a confirmation email before activation. Every publication includes an unsubscribe path, and an unsubscribe is honored for future editions. Transactional messages about an active purchase or project may still be necessary.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the workflow, including Square for payment processing, Mailgun for requested email delivery, Google for advertising measurement, and our hosting providers. We do not sell customer information or add website leads to the Field Guide without separate consent. Records are retained as needed for business, security, legal, consent, and project-history purposes.

Your choices

You can limit browser cookies through your browser settings and unsubscribe from Field Guide emails using the link in any edition. To request access, correction, deletion, or cessation of follow-up, email williamdwright873@gmail.com or text 912-396-5686.
